Government Portal v1
A single national portal that consolidated 50+ government agencies behind one identity, one navigation, and one content platform, giving citizens and businesses one trusted front door instead of dozens of competing sites.
Public services were spread across dozens of outdated, unbranded sites. Citizens couldn’t find what they needed, mobile was broken, and every agency paid to maintain its own dead-end website.
Built one unified content platform with role-based publishing for 50+ agencies, a shared design system so every sub-site felt official, and multi-language support, so the government publishes once and every citizen reaches it.
50+ agencies on one platform in 3 months. The government stopped paying for dozens of duplicate sites, and citizens got a single, mobile-friendly front door.
Cashmere Tracker
A transparency platform that tracks cashmere from the individual herder through every processing step to the global luxury brand that sells it, turning an opaque supply chain into a story buyers will pay a premium for.
Global buyers couldn’t verify that premium cashmere was genuinely sourced, and middlemen captured margin that belonged to herders. Without proof of origin, the product was a commodity.
A single source of truth that follows every batch from herder to brand. Every handoff is recorded, so a buyer can prove origin and a herder can capture more of the final price.
End-to-end traceability that lets brands charge for authenticity and lets herders earn more, turning a commodity supply chain into a defensible, premium product story.

Storepay Global
A complete ground-up rebuild of a leading Buy Now Pay Later platform, taking it from a local MVP to a system serving 500K+ active users and thousands of merchants.
The original platform couldn’t handle growth: payments failed under load, and every credit decision required a person to review it, capping how many loans could be issued and how fast the business could expand.
Rebuilt the core platform to stay available under real load, automated credit decisions end-to-end, and made payments reliable and reconcilable so merchants trusted the money moving through it.
Scaled to 500K+ active users and thousands of merchants. Credit decisions moved from manual, multi-day reviews to near-real-time, unblocking loan volume growth the business couldn’t reach before.

Khanbogd Cashmere CMS
A premium storefront that takes a luxury cashmere brand directly to international buyers, with the product storytelling, multi-currency checkout, and self-serve catalog control that marketplace listings can’t offer.
The brand was trapped on generic marketplaces that treated cashmere like a commodity. The premium story, and the margin that should come with it, was invisible, and international buyers had no reason to pay more.
A storefront that sells the story: full-screen product photography, the herder provenance behind each piece, multi-currency checkout, and a CMS the brand team runs themselves without a developer in the loop.
Higher average order value than marketplace listings and a growing, direct relationship with international buyers. The brand now owns its customer, not the marketplace.

Forse Insights
A crypto and financial analytics platform that turns sprawling on-chain and market data into dashboards traders and researchers can actually read, and act on.
The data was all there, but scattered and unreadable. Traders couldn’t compare assets or timeframes fast enough to catch moves, so opportunity slipped to whoever had better tools.
Built interactive dashboards that let users slice multi-source financial data by asset and timeframe in real time, so a decision that used to take tab-hopping now takes one screen.
A product traders pay to use: large, live datasets made explorable, turning raw market data into a faster, better-informed trading decision.

Red Rock Catering
A catering marketplace connecting corporate clients and event planners to verified food vendors, with live menus, delivery logistics, and automated invoicing that replaced phone calls and spreadsheets.
Corporate catering ran on phone calls and spreadsheets. Every order was manual, dietary needs got lost, and vendors had no way to grow beyond the relationships they already had.
A platform where clients build orders in real time, vendors match and fulfill them, and invoices generate themselves, so the business scales without adding headcount.
Catering operations that used to break under volume now run self-serve, letting the vendor take on more corporate clients without proportionally more overhead.

Quotomy
A closed professional network and event platform for Japanese medical researchers and doctors, a trusted space for peer discussion and coordination that public social networks can’t serve.
Doctors and researchers had no private, credible place to discuss cases and coordinate events. Public networks were noisy and unverified, so the real professional conversation never happened online.
A gated community platform tuned for a professional audience: verified access, focused discussion, and event coordination without the noise of consumer social.
A vetted professional community where referral and collaboration relationships now form online: a recurring, membership-grade audience the platform owns.

Subtly Bold
A high-performance marketing site for a creative agency, visually striking, search-optimized, and fast enough that visitors actually stay to become leads.
The agency’s work was strong, but the site was slow and invisible in search. Beautiful animation meant nothing if prospects bounced before the page finished loading.
A statically generated, animation-rich site that loads near-instantly, ranks in search, and ships updates automatically: the agency publishes new work without touching a developer.
A site that finally reflects the agency’s quality, shows up when prospects search, and converts traffic into inquiries instead of bouncing it.

Khanguud Finance
A mobile finance app that puts accounts, transfers, and payments behind one reliable interface, built to be the app customers open every day.
Customers wouldn’t adopt a finance app that dropped transactions or felt fragile. In money, one bad experience loses the user for good.
A cross-platform app engineered for stability and a smooth UX, so daily transactions just work: the foundation for the repeat usage that drives a fintech’s numbers.
A production app customers use for everyday money movement, the daily engagement and trust that fintech revenue is built on.

T-Cash
A mobile cash platform for transfers, bill payments, and cash-in/cash-out through an agent network, reaching customers a bank branch never could.
Customers outside major centers had no fast way to move cash digitally. Every transaction meant a branch visit, which meant many transactions simply didn’t happen.
A mobile app backed by an agent network so customers can move, send, and withdraw cash in real time, turning geography from a barrier into a market.
Digital cash access opened up to a broad urban and remote user base: new transaction volume from customers the banking system wasn’t reaching.

T-Pay
A merchant payments platform handling QR checkout, POS, and multi-merchant settlement, so a business accepts every payment method its customers use, through one system.
Accepting payments meant juggling providers, hardware, and reconciliation by hand. Every unsupported method was a lost sale; every manual reconciliation was overhead that didn’t scale.
One platform that accepts and reconciles diverse payment types reliably and at speed, so merchants capture every sale and close their books without a spreadsheet.
Merchants take more payment methods, lose fewer sales, and spend far less time reconciling. Payments become a growth channel instead of a back-office chore.

UniPay
A unified payment gateway that aggregates every major local payment method behind one API, so a merchant integrates once and accepts them all.
Every bank and wallet shipped its own API, docs, and settlement cycle. Merchants spent months building and maintaining separate integrations, and every new payment method meant starting over.
One gateway that normalizes every provider behind a single API, webhook, and dashboard: merchants plug in once and every supported method just works.
Months of integration work collapsed to days. Merchants launch new payment methods instantly and reconcile them in one place: a product businesses pay for because it directly shortens time-to-revenue.

Nice Leasing
A digital leasing platform for vehicle and equipment financing, taking a loan from application to approval to payment collection without paper or a branch.
Leasing ran on paper: slow contracts, manual approvals, and payment tracking by hand. Deals dragged, customers dropped out, and staff cost scaled with every new loan.
A digital-first flow with automated credit decisions, e-signature contracts, and integrated collection, so a deal moves from application to funded without a human bottleneck.
Application-to-approval time cut sharply, with payments tracked automatically: more loans closed per staff member, fewer customers lost to a slow process.

Loan Amar
A complete mobile loan application flow, 50+ screens covering personal info, financial history, collateral, and e-signature, delivered in a single month.
Loan applications required a branch visit and stacks of paperwork. Drop-off was high, especially among customers who couldn’t easily reach a branch. The lender was losing the exact applicants it wanted.
A full mobile application flow, built in a month, that captures documents, tracks progress, and e-signs, so a customer completes an application from anywhere.
A complete loan application on mobile, delivered in weeks, opening up applicants who’d never come to a branch and cutting the paperwork that drove them away.

Easy Pay
A mobile wallet and payments app for a non-bank financial institution, giving it the digital, daily-use presence it needed to compete with traditional banks.
Without a digital wallet, the lender was invisible in customers’ daily financial lives. It could lend, but couldn’t be where the money actually moved.
A fast, clear, secure wallet for transfers, bills, and account management, built so a non-bank can offer a banking-grade digital experience without a bank’s complexity.
A daily-use wallet that puts the lender in customers’ regular financial routine: the engagement and transaction data that turn a lender into a relationship.

Tamir DMB
A mobile leasing and loan platform covering the full lifecycle, from application and approval to contract and repayment, in a single app.
Leasing and loan workflows ran on paper, with manual contracts and payment reconciliation. Slow turnaround meant fewer closed deals and staff cost that rose with every loan.
A mobile-first flow with automated documents and integrated payment tracking, so the lifecycle runs end to end without the manual steps that used to cap volume.
Faster application turnaround and repayment that tracks itself: more deals closed with the same team, and a loan book that doesn’t need a back office to maintain.

TomYo Skills
A skills-based learning platform connecting students with industry mentors and project-based courses, built to turn out graduates employers actually want to hire. Puujee led a 5-member engineering team and delivered the product 20% ahead of schedule.
Education focused on theory, not practice. Graduates left without portfolios or industry connections, so employers didn’t trust the credential. The platform’s commercial value depended on fixing that.
A dual-platform product: a student app for learning and a web platform for course and mentor management, engineered to auto-scale for live events so audience growth never breaks the experience.
Led a 5-member team and shipped 20% ahead of schedule: a platform that produces hire-ready graduates and the mentor relationships that make the credential worth paying for.

Class App
A digital classroom platform for schools, live classes, assignments, and parent visibility, engineered to work where the internet barely does.
Schools needed one simple platform for attendance, assignments, and parent communication. The catch: most families were on weak or unreliable connections, so a normal app would simply not load.
A platform tuned for low bandwidth and offline access, so a student on a poor connection still gets their assignments and a parent still sees their progress.
Remote learning that actually reaches the families paying for it: adoption that a fragile, high-bandwidth app could never have won.

Lingo App
A bilingual language-learning app with interactive lessons, speech recognition, and spaced repetition, built for speakers the global apps don’t serve.
Generic language apps don’t support the local language as a base, so an entire market of learners was effectively locked out of self-paced English learning.
A custom curriculum and algorithm tuned to how local speakers actually learn, turning an underserved market into a product the global apps can’t easily copy.
A learning experience that opens English to a market the big apps ignore: first-mover access to an audience with no real alternative.

Mentor
A mentorship platform that pairs learners with working professionals for structured guidance, feedback, and goal tracking: the relationships that turn a course into a career.
Learners had no structured path from skill to job. Without mentor feedback and real-world goals, completion rates and outcomes stayed low, and so did what learners would pay.
A platform for mentor matching, scheduling, progress tracking, and live messaging, so a learner gets the guidance that turns study into a measurable career outcome.
A product that improves completion and outcomes: the two numbers that determine whether an edtech retains and monetizes its users.

Pikd AR
An augmented reality platform for placing 3D objects in real spaces, built for a London-based startup, and engineered to actually install and run on real devices.
AR apps were too heavy and too slow. Bloated downloads killed install rates, and janky rendering drained battery and drove users away before they ever saw the value.
Compressed 3D assets and optimized the rendering pipeline so the same AR experience fits in a smaller download and runs smoothly: the difference between an app people install and one they abandon.
34% smaller app bundle and 21% faster rendering, directly higher install rates and longer sessions: the two numbers an AR startup lives or dies on.

Stoovo
A navigation app for California gig workers that plans routes across multiple delivery platforms at once, so a driver earns more per hour, not just per trip.
Gig workers juggled conflicting orders across apps, wasting time and fuel on bad routes. Every wasted mile was money out of their pocket and churn risk for the platform.
An app that integrates the major gig platforms and optimizes routes in real time, built with rigorous test coverage so the time-sensitive navigation logic never fails a driver mid-route.
Higher earnings-per-mile and more deliveries per shift: the metric that keeps drivers active on the platform instead of churning to the next app.

NFT Race
An NFT racing game where players collect, upgrade, and race unique vehicles, with a reward economy transparent enough that players trust the prize at the finish line.
Most NFT games were speculation dressed as gameplay. Without real skill-based play and transparent rewards, players didn’t stay, and a game without retention has no economy.
A playable game backed by transparent on-chain rewards: minting, entry fees, and prize distribution handled automatically and verifiably, so skill actually pays.
A game economy players trust enough to invest time and money into: the retention and transaction activity a game needs to be worth operating.

Spacetime HR
An HR and time-tracking platform built for distributed teams: timesheets, PTO, and payroll across timezones, without the spreadsheet patchwork.
Remote teams tracked time on spreadsheets across timezones. Inaccurate timesheets meant incorrect pay, and managers had no real visibility into what their distributed team was actually doing.
Automated time tracking with accurate timezone handling and a clear manager dashboard, so payroll runs on real numbers and workload is visible, not guessed at.
Accurate payroll and real visibility into distributed workload: fewer disputes, less manual admin, and the trust a remote-first company needs to scale its team.

Ann Swanson Wellness
A guided wellness and mindfulness app built to turn one-time downloads into a daily habit: the retention curve a subscription app depends on.
Wellness apps live or die on daily return. Most download well and retain poorly because the experience isn’t calm or rewarding enough to build a habit.
A focused, accessible app with structured practices and progress tracking, designed so each session makes the next one more likely, not less.
An experience built for the daily return that turns a download into a paying subscriber: the single metric that determines whether a wellness app is a business.

UB Passport
A membership app giving verified members access to events, perks, and member-only content, engineered so exclusivity feels real, not gated.
An exclusive community lives or dies on perceived value. If verification, access, and perks feel clunky, the membership stops feeling worth paying for.
A premium app with secure verification, seamless event discovery, and a clean perks experience, so members feel the value every time they open it.
A membership product that justifies its price through experience: the perceived value that drives renewals and word-of-mouth in an exclusive community.

Uhrwerk AI
A B2B platform that deploys autonomous agents to run the repetitive research, synthesis, and coordination work enterprise teams do by hand, turning hours of human time into minutes of agent time.
Enterprise teams burned expensive headcount on recurring research, data synthesis, and tool-to-tool coordination. The work was necessary but didn’t scale with revenue: every new client meant more of it.
A platform where teams deploy autonomous agents for recurring business processes, with a dashboard to monitor and steer them, so the repeatable work runs without hiring, and people focus on the decisions.
Manual research and coordination overhead cut substantially: the kind of cost reduction that directly improves margin as the business grows.
